¡¤ Develop and provide annually set retail marketing plan in line with regional and global requirements and tool kits and drive the execution of the plan with related functions. to store and out of store

¡¤ Purpose to drive increased footfall growth into stores & create first moment of truth experience through ISC & in store marketing.

¡¤ Develop key promotions for localized country needs.

¡¤ Working closely with group sales head and teams, control and set MWB Budget requirements and manage accordingly to budget and strategic needs.



*Store Development

¡¤ Manage store development through generalizing global & regional guidelines to local arrangements.

¡¤ Create Strategic Retail Marketing ISC (In-Store Communication) Development Plan in line with region and global set tool kits & local country needs

¡¤ Drive increased FOOTFALL to stores based on KPIs and targets ,

¡¤ Collect input from go-to-market teams and share final plan in full 360 degree concept with all retail related and product and PR related department.

¡¤ Manage MWB Budget , set budgets per store per month for ISC development.

¡¤ Develop local go-to-market retail marketing strategy, tools and all related retail marketing, ISC requirements .

¡¤ Customize and complete product marketing packages according to local specifics & customer needs.

¡¤ Understand market dynamic and drive relevant concepts to supplement.

¡¤ present all retail marketing plans, and calendar for the 12 months, half year and quarterly to internal management and external customers



* Store Development

¡¤ Plan, implement and deliver retail target and KPIs with effective roll-out

¡¤ Develop local store interior manual through understanding the global & regional guidelines and specifications.

¡¤ Install local manual process and constructions by adopting global & regional guidelines and specifications.

¡¤ Understanding the global and regional retail store manual guide and develop local retail store roll-out plan

¡¤ Manage the operation budget, personnel expense, development working budget and CAPEX budget as well as delivering any reports associated.

¡¤ Maintain good communications with the global and regional team for new initiatives and local implementations


Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

¡¤ Computer Skills: Auto Cad, Photoshop, Illustrator, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Sketch Up

¡¤ Space Planning

¡¤ Rendering and Sketching

¡¤ Knowledge of retail environment research skills

¡¤ Fixture Design, Prop Design and Construction of Fixtures and Props

¡¤ Languages: Korean, Proficient in English
