¡á ´ã´ç¾÷¹«(Responsibility)
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities within client organizations, engaging meaningfully with managers and executive decision-makers at the enterprise level.
- Formulate and maintain a multi-year strategic account plan for Key Accounts to surpass customer objectives and enhance the share of wallet.
- Forecast and manage the sales pipeline meticulously to meet revenue targets and align with company goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to key accounts, fostering strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction, identify and report blockers, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Cultivate a culture of sales excellence, driving consistent implementation and adoption of sales processes, pipeline management, and success KPIs.
- Develop a network of robust relationships with key industry influencers, customers, and partners, elevating company¡¯s industry mindshare.
- Conduct regular business reviews with the team to ensure alignment with the plan and coach the team to enhance strategic account plans.
- Establish a monthly and quarterly business review cadence with Key Account Sponsors to track progress on stated objectives, successfully positioning the Key Account as a positive Reference Account.
- Drive industry-leading initiatives that influence the industry, solidifying our position as a market leader.
¡á ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç(Minimum Qualifications)
- Either Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a technology-related field
- More than 7 years(for Backelor's degree) or 5 years(for Master's degree) in Account, Solutions, and Channel Sales, and/or driving business growth or customer digital trandformation
¡á ¿ì´ë»çÇ×(Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in ASEAN markets
- Experience in a global technology company
- In-depth technical understanding of the Digital Transformation market.
- A proven track record of consultative strategic sales with executive-level prospects, with a strong background in account planning and expansion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to engage across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with exceptional judgment.
- Highly dependable, self-starter, with high energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and influence a geographically dispersed team. |
